Topple Nominates Ashley Hineline to Ad Age Leading Women in 2022

I’m thrilled to announce that Topple has nominated Ashley Hineline to Ad Age’s Leading Women of 2022.

Ashley joined Topple on December 24, 2020 and was our first official full-time employee. As Topple’s Director of Customer Success, she builds and maintains relationships with some of our largest publishers and advertisers which has helped Topple serve over 4 billion digital ad experiences–and raise over $1 million in venture capital funding from investors like 1517 Fund and 2nd Adventure Group–in our first year of operation.

Perhaps what’s most impressive is that Hineline has taken on this challenge after a nearly decade long hiatus from the tech industry, which she spent raising her four children and selling real estate in Omaha, before moving her six-person family to Colorado and learning everything she could about AdTech.

As a digital advertising network, Topple helps connect brands with American consumers that are difficult to reach using traditional digital advertising platforms like Google.

Every day, millions of Americans consume content on digital publications that aren’t monetized by Google but Topple steps in to monetize these legitimate websites and, in turn, provide access to a multi-dimensional audience of Americans with wide ranging interests to brands across all industries.

Ad Age Leading Women are women in the advertising industry who have  made a significant impact in the industry over the last twelve months and, personally, I can’t think of another person who has made such a significant impact in such a short period of time.

For many of Topple’s clients, Ashley is the face of the company. If you advertise or monetize with Topple then there’s a very good chance you’ve heard from Ashley and have experienced her solutions-oriented personality first hand.

Ad Age Leading Women seeks to recognize women who are changing the industry anywhere in the world and making names for themselves at companies of all kinds—brands, agencies, technology providers or media platforms. Honorees are groundbreakers, forward thinkers and rainmakers in the marketing and advertising realm who are blazing trails with new solutions, standout creative work and business-building initiatives.

All honorees are handpicked by the editorial staff at Ad Age. Winners will be notified in April and profiled in a special report honoring the Leading Women class of 2022 to be released May 16.

If you haven’t connected with her already you can find Ashley on LinkedIn or on Instagram as @AdTechAshley.

Thanks for being such a great member of the team, Ashley!

Hi, I'm Brian! After spending a decade building out the digital advertising practices at some of the world's biggest agencies I realized millions of people were becoming difficult to reach due to digital censorship. We call these people the unreachables. I created Topple to monetize de-platformed websites while helping brands #reachtheunreachable.
