3. 3Your site does not have enough traffic yet — Topple requires a minimum audience size before a retargeting campaign can deliver.
4. 4The pixel was recently installed — allow time for the audience to accumulate.

How to Fix It

   Confirm the retargeting pixel is installed correctly on all site pages (except the thank-you page).

   If site traffic is low, run prospecting campaigns first to drive more visitors to your site before launching retargeting.

   Allow at least a few days to a week after installation before expecting the audience to be large enough for delivery.
