Display vs. Video — Which Should I Use?
Display is the right choice when you want maximum efficiency and reach per dollar — it is the more cost-effective format for most advertisers. Video is the right choice when brand impact, sight-and-sound storytelling, or high engagement rates are the priority. Many advertisers run both simultaneously in separate campaigns to cover both goals.
If Your Creative Isn't Serving
A spec violation is the most common reason a creative won't serve — wrong format, dimensions, or file size. There is no rejection notice in the dashboard. If a creative is not delivering and the campaign is Running, compare the file against the specs above and re-upload. See Why Isn't My Creative Serving? for a step-by-step diagnosis.
