Topple Ad Network is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Advertising Sales Executive to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for selling advertising campaigns and digital advertising subscription packages through our ad network.
This role offers a “low-base high-commission” compensation package to financially incentivize those who can consistently achieve sales goals. New employees will be expected to hit a 90 day goal, 120 day goal, and then monthly goals thereafter.
Employees who consistently hit their sales goal can expect to earn six-figures in annual compensation.
If you are looking for a big fat base and an easy 9-5 job, this is not the role for you.

Prior experience in the advertising industry is not necessary.
Prior experience proving nay-sayers wrong, required.
- Exceed monthly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Consistently post on LinkedIn and other platforms to build your personal subject matter expertise and to promote the company.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop and pitch creative advertising campaigns.
- Create and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and provide regular updates to management.
- Create and report to customers on digital advertising campaign performance.
Requirements:
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to face rejection with grace, dignity, and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- We use Pages, Keynote, Excel, Canva, and Loom.
